Jennifer was born and raised in Ottawa. She graduated from McMaster University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy. Jennifer began her career as an OT at Chedoke-McMaster and later at McKellar Hospital in Thunder Bay. Since 1993 she has been providing occupational therapy services in the private and auto sectors with extensive experience working with clients with cognitive and neurological difficulties (e.g. acquired brain injury). Jennifer has been a Faculty Member with McMaster University in the School of Rehabilitation Science acting as a Clinical Lecturer and Coordinator of the Northern Studies Stream. She currently holds a Faculty Appointment at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and at McMaster University. Jennifer has been a registrant in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapist's of Ontario since its inception.
